Shallow so it’s easy to get fillets in and out without them breaking up, and perfectly shaped to cook portions of fish in the oven, these peel & seal bags keep flavours sealed inside during cooking for succulent results. Odours are reduced as well and they are oven safe up to 200ºC.

“Ok, but rip easily

Work well, but very fiddly to handle and the sides rip far too easily. I just wish they were made of more robust plastic - like the meat roasting bags.
