There are hundreds of variations of the basic paella recipe, but they all have one thing in common – the pan in which they are cooked. Made from catering-grade carbon steel with a non-stick finish specially developed by Typhoon, this one is more than up to the job. Oven safe up to 180ºC and able to go under the grill, its shallow base makes it ideal for all manner of dishes. .Suitable for gas, electric and ceramic hobs.
