Cuisipro® Fine Rasp Grater

I recently tried out the Cuisipro Fine Grater, bought from the Witney Store, after using the Micrplanes for a number of years. I was very impressed indeed with just how effective the grater was to use with lemon peel, nutmeg and parmesan (not all in the same dish !). It took very little effort to produce the goods. Cuisipro® Fine Rasp Grater

This grater is really effective and works especially well with Parmesan cheese. Just make sure you remove the fine plastic film before you use it. I didn't notice it was on there and starting grating directly into a pan of risotto...whoops.
