Pricey but brilliant heavy-weight baking sheet. I've used it up to 220C for bread and no signs of warping or damage. Baking only stuck the first time I used it - after a couple of uses (gentle cleaning with non-abrasive pad) it is perfectly seasoned and nothing sticks now. It heats evenly as well, so the bottoms of your loaves, cookies, etc don't over-brown.
