Having already tried and enjoyed some of the other Munchy Seed varieties I thought that I would treat the family to a tub of the choccy mix and have not been disappointed. They really are too nice. I must admit that I have been sprinkling a small handful on my breakfast cereal, but as all Munchy Seed converts know this is OK because they are good for us!

I have these in one of the kiitchen cupboards and everytime I go past I have to take a handfull. If I left them out on the side they would be eaten up in a flash. Also dark chocolate is good for you!! I also go the Granola ones which are really nice with yoghurt

I love all the munchy seeds but these are the best so far. They are great sprinkled on plain yogurt with a splash of honey and maybe some fruit. The apricots in dark chocolate are good sources of iron so my excuse to nibble away !
