“Reduces the mess in the cupboard

This is a nice solid little wooden tray which does exactly what you would hope: cuts out all the mess from salt and pepper mills in your cupboard or on the worksurface. It does take up a little mroe space than the mills alone as it has to be large enough to fit any size mill, but that is more than compensated for by not having to wipe up all those little grains of salt and pepper. Very pleased with it.

This is a great little idea {the sort of thing you never knew you needed till you got one!} It looks smart enough to have out on show and is very practical & helpful at collecting those annoying bits of salt & pepper that fall from the mills after use. Love it!

“Caution could be too small

I bought this mill rest along with the Cuisinart Seasoning set and sorry to say it is way to small for them, I also have a pair of Cole and Mason mills that I have had for 6 years on a stone mill rest, these are smaller in diameter than the Cuisinart set and yet too big for this wooden rest. I would say it is only suitable for a small salt & pepper set. Good solid LITTLE stand but my rating reflects the size sorry.
