And trust us, when these two kitchen heavyweights join forces, baking will never be the same again.

Bake directly on the parchment side and it protects food and holds its shape better than foil alone, while the foil side insulates food and promotes even heating. We were amazed at its versatility when used for baking, roasting and steaming – we wrapped up fish and cooked it ‘en papillote’ and the results were delicious, we fashioned traybakes and made perfect, golden flapjacks, baked mouth-wateringly soft muffins in individual wrappers... we keep discovering new ways to use it and we’re sure you will too!

Freezer and oven safe up to 215°C. (Not suitable for grills or halogen ovens.)

Parchment Lined Foil

Very clever idea - baking parchment that stays where you put it! Stays folded (eg over the edge of a tin) and ideal to make higher sides to a cake tin for say, cheesecake. I have found it very useful indeed.
