The parchment lined foil is such an excellent idea. I particularly use it for parcel cooked food, such as my wonderful baked salmon with couscous. Food is cooked very evenly. This product is so perfectly matched for this type of cooking as it folds and bends so easily. I have also used it for lining a tin for my Christmas cake. I leave the cake to mature over a couple of months and wrap and unwrap it a number of times to add more brandy. This product stays strong and does not rip.

Very clever idea - baking parchment that stays where you put it! Stays folded (eg over the edge of a tin) and ideal to make higher sides to a cake tin for say, cheesecake. I have found it very useful indeed.

I acquired my first roll of this product last week. I used it today, to make a meringue roulade, and it was brilliant. So easy to line the tin. Just cut to the appropriate length, and the foil side keeps the shape required. The meringue cooked evenly, and when I came to turn it over, it was an absolute doddle. I am so impressed, that I have ordered two more rolls!
