Kuhn Rikon Cookie Press

I received this today and thought I had better try it after reading the reviews,good and bad.I didn't use the recipes that came with it but used the recipe for Shrewsbury biscuits out of the Good Housekeeping Cookery Book...BUT....I used 1 WHOLE EGG instead of just the yolk....this made the cookie dough gloopy enough to stick to the baking tray.This resulted in 56 beautiful butterfly biscuits!!!.I am really pleased with the cookie press and would recommend it to anyone.I found it really easy to use and easy to clean after use too.This will definitely not be going to the back of the cupboard it will be in use quite often.

This makes lovely cookies. Lots of designs. Although as a previous reviewer stated some designs are easier than others. It took me a short while to get the hang of it but once I started it was easy.

I love this!!! It is a little fiddly at first to fill the tube but once you get the hang of it, you can make hundreds of perfectly shaped biscuits in minutes. please note recipes say makes 4 dozen, i got nearly 10 dozen!!!
