Incredibly robust, the thick, encapsulated base means you can keep a rolling boil for a long time without the contents sticking, so there’ll be nothing burnt and nothing tricky to tackle when it comes to cleaning. The large, open top means that jam, marmalade or chutney has a big surface area so liquid can evaporate quickly, speeding up the whole process and the inside of the pan is graduated to make life easier when measuring out.

Fantastically designed for the job at hand, a pouring spout and silicone-covered handle make for easy transfer and comfortable lifting. It’s the only jam pan you’ll ever need to buy and is great for soup and stock too.
