3D Christmas Cookie Cutter Set

Made my cookie tree this week and I have to say I'm very pleased with it!
The cutters are great, rolled the pastry closer to 1cm though and used more flour than they say to on here and they turned out beautifully.
Used ready to roll icing and the cutters again and they worked a treat. It looks great and I'm really pleased with them.

I used your Vanilla Cookies recipe to make the biscuits for the tree. On the negative side, I rolled the mixture out too thinly which meant that some of the biscuits were a bit too crispy and fragile. However, on the plus side, I had enough mixture make extra biscuits with the smaller cutters and thus get one full-size tree and one half-size one. I did not have the time (or the patience) to pipe with white icing so I cheated and spread the branches with hazelnut/chocolate spread and then sprinkled them with hundreds and thousands and the taste was great. My Italian in-laws and friends had never seen anything like it! Next year, I'll use the tip from some of your other customers and try ready-rolled icing (which I'll have to bring back to Italy from UK as we cannot get it here).

What an excellent product. Just finished my first tree cookie recipe lovely cutters easy to use icing (I can't ice but tried) and stack beautiful - going to try gingerbread recipe next.
