I am a professional Carpet & Upholstery cleaner in Australia and most professionals that are aware of these machines have several. These are the only ones that I have found that run on our 240 volt power supply. They are the best handheld vacs on the market. I have referred many other cleaners in Australia to this product as most are under the impression they are not made anymore!!

what a little gem ok most reviews say its loud, but having such a good suction who cares, brilliant, my daughter is going to have one for easter, my treat ,last much longer than chocolate

We are so delighted with this - we are about to set off for several months in our motorhome and have been looking for just this. It is better than our normal vacuum cleaner at getting up our dog's hairs and although it is noisy, we can both put up with this for the fantastic job it does. It takes a lot to impress my husband but he thinks this is great. Our rugs at home look like new and it's also great for the sofa apart from the other uses people have already listed.
