“Brilliant for removing pet hairs!

I've recently moved in with my new partner and his beloved cat. I was starting to despair at all the cat hairs on my sofa, rugs etc. However, this small hoover does the business and cleans them all up quickly. Just remember to clean the filter often, so it doesn't clog up. I use an old chop stick to do this!!

“Just the Job!

I'm REALLY happy with this little vac. My only 'mini-vac' experience previously was with a weak little rechargeable dust-buster in the '80's. My, how things have improved! I needed a vac for my stairs. Having a back problem, my big cleaner proved to heavy to use there very often. This little guy has a great long cable that reaches from top to bottom; and it's child's play..... literally .... I feel like I'm rolling a 'Tonka truck' across each stair! (oops! showing my age there!) Anyway it's a powerful little truck, as you can see the carpet rise below the suction!

“Disappointing

My mum purchased this two years ago, and put it away because she found it disappointing. I resurrected it this month, following her knee replacement. It seemed as if it would be ideal - very lightweight, no pushing around and putting any strain on a recovering joint. My verdict was the same as hers - all suction disappears with the extension pipes attached. Pointless. It's going in the nearest skip (unless Lakeland prepared to take it back - two years old and two abortive attempts at using it). Only giving it one start, because zero starts are not available...

“A Little Cracker

This hand held vac is absoloutley brilliant! It has really good suction and is perfect for stairs, tricky little aresa and for localised spills and mishaps. Yes it's noisey but it's not that bad. It does need emptying after every use as it is a small vac. Also I've had no problems with the filter. Follow the instructions and tap it out after use, that's all really. Simples! I've recomended it to all my friends. A brilliant product.

“POWERFUL TURBO CLEANING

This a powerful turbo cleaner, ideal for cleaning stairs as it gets into all the nooks and crannies. It has an extra-long flex which is an advantage. I use it on my three piece with the on-board crevice tool, (very handy). The only drawback I have is the dust cannister is small and needs frequent emptying if you are using it on a variety of items. I would recommend it as it is portable and saves getting the large vacumn cleaner out daily.

Just used the hunter hand held cleaner for the first time, and what a little jem it is.does what it says on the box, and more. made a grand job of the stairs. noisy? just a bit, but i can put up with that for its excellent performance, plus, its very to clean .welldone lakeland!.

I bought one of these Turbo Vac's from Lakeland a couple of years back. It had great power and suction but the dust all ended up round the filter and not in the dust container. It was also so difficult to take apart and put back togather to clean. I'm afraid I lost patience with it recently and threw it in trhe bin.

“Terrific suction

Fantastic at picking up everything really! I could not believe the amount of fluff etc in the dust chamber after vacuuming the stairs. No wonder my last model, which had a bag, stopped sucking after one use. The bag was probably full to bursting! This delight is incredibly noisy, however. So much so, my ears were ringing after first use. I now plug them with cotton wool before getting started. It does get hot, so you can't use it for long periods, not that you would want to! Very easy to empty and clean. Very good instructions on how to do this. Would recommend.

“What a handy Vac

I bought this for my stairs, as my ordinary upright hoover does not reach from top to bottom using the attached tools. I have never hoovered my stairs so quickly. The dog hairs are picked up completely, and the stairs are really clean like new. I then tried it in the car, and once again it came up trumps. I have used it to hoover the dog hairs from her bed, and as she is a collie, that is not an easy job. This little turbo vac is fantastic and very good value for money

“Professional Quality

I am a professional Carpet & Upholstery cleaner in Australia and most professionals that are aware of these machines have several. These are the only ones that I have found that run on our 240 volt power supply. They are the best handheld vacs on the market. I have referred many other cleaners in Australia to this product as most are under the impression they are not made anymore!!

“I really can't go on holiday without it!

.... no it doesn't fit in my suitcase but in my caravan. After reading some of the reviews I wasn't convinced it would do the job but I bought it anyway. As a vacuum cleaner expert (so my husband says) I can assure you that this little vacuum is amazing. I have two dogs and it manages to pick up the hairs easily. It has a really long lead so it reaches the end of the caravan and the awning in one go. I empty it after each use - which is easy to do and only takes seconds. Fellow caravaners think I work for Lakeland and must be on commission as I can't recommend it highly enough.

Bought this to clean the car. Fantastic suction, hoovered the whole car in minutes. It is a bit noisy but not too terrible. Agree with another of the posts that it would benefit from somewhere to wind the cable for storing

Like others have said, it is a bit noisey, but I think it's good. It's very powerful, considering how small it is. I thought it was perfect for the stairs. Make sure you empty it though, cos otherwise it overheats!

“What a fantastic piece of kit!

Absolutely brilliant on stairs ~ an amazing amount of stuff was collected on first use today. Vacuum cleaners tend to be noisy anyway, and you're much closer to the motor on this than normal cleaners ~ but it's no problem with something that performs as brilliantly as this. Excellent instruction leaflet with it, too. I'm looking forward to it being with us for years to come...

I bought this as I had recently moved to a house with a staircase and thought it would be ideal instead of my upright. Unfortunatley after only 4 or 5 uses it has completely lost it's suction. Very disappointed and feel I've wasted my money.

“Amazing

What a product. This little vacuum has made my life so much easier. For years I have struggled to vacuum my stairs using the hose attachment etc. on my upright cleaner, and have gone through several hoses in the process, caused by trying to reach round corners etc. An old hand held cleaner which I bought years ago just wasn't strong enough to do the job. This one however is a wonder. I think my stairs carpet is the cleanest it's been for years! I have a dog who sheds hair and he spends a lot of time sitting on the stairs. This vac picks up his hair with no problem at all. I'd recommend it to anyone. Thank you Lakeland. I'd probably never have seen one of these if it hadn't been for your catalogue.
