A neat design that's simple to use, and at under £11, our new Add & Weigh Scale is exceptional value for money. As each ingredient is added, a quick twist of the rotating 'skirt' returns the scale to zero ready for the next to be added.

The generous 2 litre bowl is big enough to mix in and is dishwasher safe for easy clean-up, before nesting neatly on top of the base for compact storage.

Lakeland Add & Weigh Scale

These scales have a large bowl, which is good and it's a great feature that by twisting the lower part you can put the scales back to zero if you want to add more ingredients. However, I wouldn't recommend these scales as it is extremely hard to read the weight. I ended up screwing up my eyes, guessing and hoping that the quantity was correct.

Lakeland Add & Weigh Scale

I have to agree with the previous reviewer- very difficult to read, also the marker appears to be slanted so I don't know which bit I should be looking at. The surface on which the bowl stands doesn't seem flush either (a definite incline).

Lakeland Add & Weigh Scale

The scales work well apart from the bowl.....
Mine was used for the first time today and when I put fruit into it the plastic seemed to start to melt. The citrus juice in the orange I was using cut into the plastic and I was unable to clean it off.
I can't understand how the bowl can be diswasher safe when this happened from using the scales for measuring out ingredients which it is supposed to be used for.
I have shopped at Lakeland for many years and been happy with past products, this is the first time I have had a problem with a lakeland product and was dissapointed.
