These tins are wonderful. I have just made two pies with puff pastry top and bottom and beef and mushroom inside. When they were cooked they slid out of the tins intact - I can't recommend them enough. I put them in the freezer ready to cook and also cooked ready to re-heat. I use the oval ones for savoury pies and the round ones for sweet. Buy them - you won't be disappointed.
