This is a nice piece of equipment, with a small but solid footprint, so I am happy to have it on my worktop all of the time.
It has a positive click together with a fairly short turn, so you know when everything is aligned. It processes as it is suppose to and the programmed buttons are handy, particularly the Mix one. Press it and walk away and it does its job and stops.
It washes up well, which not having a dishwasher is important to me and the central post being separate makes things somewhat easier.
Two niggles: It could do with a coarser grating blade and it would be nice if it had a mixer blade. Could someone consider making these available, even as extras.
My beetroot and onion salad is now significantly finer than it used to be with my old machine and I preferred it the way it was.
I am currently eating liquid meal replacements made from a number of powders mixed with milk. They need to be thoroughly mixed together, but there is no chopping involved. The metal blade is reasonable for this, but not brilliant and the plastic blade dough blade does a better job, but periodically floats off the base.
Someone used to do a blade with what might be described as slotted fences on either side and something similar would be great. I could get my old mixer out, but given that this machine is already sitting out and generally does such a good job, I would rather have a mixer blade for it.
