On balance, I am pleased with these oven gloves, but they do have their limitations. They are really flexible and it is really easy to grip things like glass casserole dishes safely. However, the heat soon penetrates, especially when you're holding a tray for more than a few moments for serving and I often have to revert to my old fabric gloves. However, I like the long coverage over the back of the hand and my hands feel less vulnerable while in the oven. They just need a bit more insulation.

I love the flexibility and the 'wipe clean' features so I can touch the meat without worrying, compared with my old fabric one. Unfortunately, heat seems to pass through quickly and the back of my hand are not well protected because of the limited coverage. Compare with the Single Silicone Oven Glove, the single one have a longer coverage.

I have got to say I am so really pleased with these oven gloves. They have a great grip, as they have a non slip glove. I have not experienced any heat penetration like others have mentioned and they give good protection to the back of your hand & wrist. They wipe clean so easily, plus you can put them in the washing machine if you get the fabric part dirty. They seem to be longer than the average oven glove, which allows you to get a good grip of the item you are placing in or out of the oven. I'm thrilled with mine.
