“Very Disappointed
”
by Mrs Gullick
I bought these with a spare pack of lolly sticks but have found it impossible to get the lollies out of the mould once set. For a product from Lakeland this is very disappointing. I would not recommend this product to anyone

“Disappointed :(
”
by Mrs Packer
I have tried and tried with these but unlike the lucky few I just cannot get the bunnies to come out no matter what chocolate I use or how long I leave them in the tin, or hard hard I bash them (the stick just comes out when I do this!!!!) Really loved the idea so quite disappointed!

A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. I'm sorry for the problems. The buyer has commented to say: Please note that the type of the chocolate may affect the results. The customer needs to make sure that the moulds are dry before use, then pour melted chocolate into the moulds & push the plastic straw well into the chocolate mixture (about 1/3 of the length of our straws 13916). Allow to cool before placing in the fridge to set. To remove the lollies, I would suggest to turn the mould over (carefully but quickly) over a flat surface and tap it lightly. If the lollies won't fall out of the mould, then very gently twist the plastic straws which should help for the chocolates to be released. The moulds do not require greasing.

Like others I've had difficulty getting these out of the mould, particularly with white chocolate because of the lower melting point. I even tried freezing the mould first to see if that helped but to no avail. Real shame because I wanted to make quite a few for the school Easter bake sale. Instead they are having the ubiquitous chocolate cereal cakes with eggs on top. And I too have lots of sticks but plan to use them with the silicon mouse mould I got last year which does work really well so Lakeland normally does get it right.

“Excellent Product - Perfect Bunnies every time
”
by Debbie
I am leaving this review after reading some of the previous reviews - and I would like to say do not be put off of buying this product. I have made loads of bunny lollipops using my mould and they have always been perfect. I simply melt my chocolate, pour into mould, add sticks (which I may need to reposition once in the fridge) and pop in the fridge. They don't take long to set and once they are you just bang the tin on your worksurface and all of the lollies pop out! They look brilliant and are not too big for little-ones! My one moan - I can't get replacement sticks at the moment!

“Excellent!!!
”
by Tammy
I was hesitant to purchase these based on the review that was left, but I did so anyways. I have 'never' made chocolate before, but was keen to give it a go as my son loves chocolate pops!!! I did these last night, let them set in the fridge overnight & this a.m. tapped the mould on the counter and they all fell out! My son was thrilled & I couldn't have been more pleased. Can only suggest using a good chocolate & give them time to set. I also had to put something under the sticks to keep them straight, but def. not a huge issue & they came out great! They look just like the picture. Great buy

“Works every time!
”
by Mrs Pearce
I had the same problem (not being able to remove the bunny chocolates) but, I kept trying and now I have perfect Bunnies every time! The secret: Temperature plays a huge part here, once your chocolate has melted - quickly place into the moulds - adding a lolly stick at a time, then place in a cool part of the house for about 20 minutes before blasting them in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Once solid on a firm surface - i.e table mat give your mould a firm bang down, the bunnies should pop out first go! it does also help if your house is not too warm - don't give up! they make great treats.

“Waste of money
”
by Mrs Hall
I bought this so my daughter and I could make little lollies for all her friends at nursery. However once the chocolate has set you can't remove without either warming which causes the faces to look silly, or to pull on the sticks so hard the sticks come out. i have tried a few times and only had 1 successful lolly! I am slightly miffed as had also bought 2 packs of sticks which are a now useless. Would not recommend this item at all.

“stuck to tin
”
by Mrs Cindy Wilby
I made some bunny pops yesterday and was very disappointed with the results. Firstly the sticks kept lifting out of the chocolate mould, then when they had set after being in the fridge for a while, I found it impossible to get them out of the tin. I tried another batch with the moulds firstly being smeared with vegetable oil, but they still would not budge from the moulds??? Any advice as to what I may be doing wrong?
