"The best marmalade" Mrs Wharton

I make orange (medium cut) and lemon marmalade with Lakeland’s tins, half and half, in 2 batches. I have done this for years for friends and church events, everyone loves it and I keep receiving compliments. These tins are reliable, you get good results each time. One thing I would say, though: the instructions on the tin say to allow the jam to stand for 5 to 10 minutes before pouring into pre-warmed jars. I let it stand 15 to 20 minutes, then the fruit doesn’t all go to the top.
