“Not really good for keen bakers

This is the first piping set I bought as I wanted to move onto the decorating part of bakery. The actual syringe is quite small thus unable to hold a lot of icing and I kept on having to refill it. A lot of effort goes into trying to get all the air out so during piping, the swirls are not stopped. This may be better for children but for professional work I would stick to the classic piping bags.

“Good results but not so easy to clean...

I've only used the set for butter icing so far and am very happy with the results, but had trouble cleaning the nozzle. I had to use a narrow bottle brush as it was the only thing small enough to clean the nozzle with - a cloth is far too bulky. Perhaps a suitable cleaning tool should be included with the set?
Rated at 3 only because of this problem.

“Not for serious bakers

This is tricky and awkward to use and doesn't produce good piping results. For serious cake bakers I'd stick to piping bags.
