Henckels Four Star 5-Piece Knife Block Set

Henckels of Germany are one of the largest and oldest manufacturers of knives, and they've been specialising in the trade since 1731. Developed in conjunction with professional chefs, each knife in this top quality set is forged from one single piece of their own unique, extra strong, high carbon stainless steel for maximum blade stability, and goes through an incredible 40 stages of production.

This includes a patented ice-hardening process for each blade which takes place at -70°C for increased durability and stain resistance. The cutting edge of each knife is applied using laser technology for ultimate sharpness. Their full tang, seamless construction is finished off with traditional-style, unbreakable polypropylene handles, which are seamless for a secure, non-slip grip, with enlarged handles for extra safety.

This wooden block set comprises Paring, Utility, 16cm (6.3") Slicing and 20cm (8") Chef's Knives, plus a 23cm (9") Sharpening Steel, so you can keep the blades as sharp as the day they were made.

Knives are dishwasher safe.
