A top quality range developed in conjunction with professional chefs by Henckels of Germany, one of the largest and oldest knife manufacturers, who have specialised in the trade since 1731. Each knife in this range is forged from a single piece of their own unique, extra strong, high carbon stainless steel for maximum blade stability, and goes through an incredible 40 stages of production. This includes a patented ice-hardening process for each blade which takes place at -70°C for increased durability and stain resistance. The cutting edge of each knife is applied using laser technology for ultimate sharpness.
