I bought this machine for the purpose of making my own sausages (limited choice of gluten free in shops). Everything works great on it, but my only criticism is the design of the sausage making nozzle. I purchased some 28mm sausage skins (for normal sized sausages) and I can only get about 75cm of skin on the nozzle. This makes about 4 sausages. I wouldn't be able to get chipolata skins on at all. It would be better to have 2 different sized nozzle attachments without the taper. It would also be an advantage if Lakeland stocked sausage skins. I've had to source mine on the internet.
