"Change of mind my fault"

This is the first time that I have been disappointed with a product from LAKELAND I ordered this product looking forward to cooking health foods, when it arrived it was broken-I do not blame LAKELAND for this it was a delivery problem, when I rang them they were very helpful (thank you customer services) I received a replacement the following day but was very disappointed with the quality the LOCK is insufficient and does not hold the lid in place as it should. Other than that it is acceptable, would give it only three stars out of five. BRONWYN Have now realised that I was not pushing the locking devise far enough up to the lock mechanism my fault completely, LAKELAND please accept my apologises,having used this about five times now would award it 10 out of five. Once again many thanks to your customer services for their help and assitance.
