"Excellent customer service"

I bought a Lakeland 4 slice digital toaster at the Bluewater store. However when we got home and plugged it in, only one side worked, the other didn't light up, heat up or anything. Rang customer services and as it is difficult to get to the store, they arranged delivery of a replacement. The new one works perfectly so obviously the original was just an odd faulty one. Can only praise customer service for polite and helpful advice and speedy delivery of replacement. If you do happen to get a faulty product, it's well worth waiting for a replacement. Best toaster I've ever used!
