"Amazing customer service"

We've had the blender for just over a year and it's been really useful, but the plastic connection gave up under the stress of the very powerful motor. Lakeland have been so helpful in dealing with the problem and, for this reason, whilst I would only give the blender 2 stars on its own, I think Lakeland deserves 5 stars for resolving the issue. It's really reassuring to know that, when a product fails to live up to the high standards Lakeland promises, they will rectify the issue so comprehensively.
