I've used this pan many, many times and it still looks as good as new. It's heavyweight and easy to clean. The detail on the madeleines when they are turned out is fabulous. Deserves every one of the 5 stars

I love this pan so much.....especially since I asked the chef at Lakeland for a recipe! Being a heavyweight, it hasn't warped and the madeleines have come out wonderfully every time. Thoroughly recommended
