“Good but...

Very useful and provides alternatives to the book that came with the breadmaker, but too many of the recipes are just for the dough. We could do with more all-in-one recipes.

“The name of the book is very apt.

I think the book is very good. It seems to be in agreement with the recipes in the bread machine's instruction book. If you add the ingredients in the order whichever recipe you are using says and make sure the amounts are correct then the machine does it all for you. I tried to make some rolls and they were not very good, flat and very crunchy but the writer of the book seems to know what mistakes we learners are going to make and she explains very simply where we may have gone wrong. Ah well, as my old Mum would have said, "Have another go, you learn by your mistakes and practise makes (nearly) perfect."

This book is brilliant, some of the recipes may be the same as the ones that come with the breadmakers, but there is an awful lot more besides. There is also a lot of usefull information,tips & hints, I Love it
