Lakeland Silicone 20cm Round Cake Pan
Item arrived yesterday morning and I used it to make Dorset Apple Cake yesterday afternoon. However, having read the previous reviews I decided to lightly grease the pan and leave the cooked cake for longer than usual before turning out - about 30-45 minutes. It was perfect (and still warm)! Perhaps this type of information should be included on the packaging along with the care and use instructions.

Lakeland Silicone 20cm Round Cake Pan
Bought 2 of these 2 months ago, and I LOVE them! I'm a first time baker, so was nervous and did not know if this was the best choice. Very happy that my cakes came out without any problems. I neither greased nor lined with parchment, and it's wonderful. Thank you, Lakeland! Very, very pleased about my purchase. Will be buying more from your lovely store.

Lakeland Silicone 20cm Round Cake Pan
I know it is the simplist of cakes, but since childhood many, many years ago I have loved a new, still warm Victoria sponge more than anything else. These silicon cake pans (a funny sort of name??) are wonderful, I do use buttered grease proof in the bottom, regardless of whether needed, and every one is perfect. A brilliant product. I also bake my own bread using the silicone loaf "tin". I will, in time for Christmass get the Yorkshire Puddings tray. Lakeland, you are by far the BEST!!
