Very sad” by Ian
The good news is that cakes and bread does come out easily.
The bad news is that they are all a crazy shape as the sides bulge out.
It needs a metal strengthening ring round the top to keep it in shape. Why is there not one for this as it would then be great.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this item, but Lakeland are a great shop and I took it back as I was disappointed in it as well, the bulging of the tin as other customers have mentioned was annoying, plus even though I lightly oiled the silicon it still stuck when I took out the fruit loaf. Nowhere on the label did it say oil or no need to oil.
So I took it back and the very helpful lady in the Glasgow branch recommended one she has, it isn't silicone but she says she has had no problems, so I did an exchange.
So thank you Lakeland for a great service in your stores and online. Like others I am wondering why this pan is still on sale, when it has had many bad reviews.

I really like this product albeit the 'bulging' makes for an interesting shaped loaf. Perhaps the sides could be reinforced in some way? I've only greased it once for its first use and despite using it most days since then, it has never stuck.
