Lakeland Silicone 12 Hole Mini Muffin Pan
Baking is so much easier with silicone! It ensures even baking and quick cooling and, thanks to its amazing non-stick properties, cakes simply pop out once baked. Silicone is easy to clean and storage is no problem - squish it, squash it, roll and fold it, it'll spring back into shape instantly.
Microwave, freezer and oven safe to 240°C.

Lakeland Silicone 12 Hole Mini Muffin Pan
This mini muffin tray was my first ever silicon piece, despite a few not totally positive reviews I thought worth a go.Just fantastic for my mini muffins, perfect size for grandchildren and serving at charity coffee mornings. My chef son has also used to bake mini yorkshire puddings as a canape at the golf club he works at with shredded roast beef/horse radish topping(no oil used in base at all).do use a smear of butter for cakes...which is really commonsense .

Lakeland Silicone 12 Hole Mini Muffin Pan
I love silicone bakeware its very easy to use and produces great results.
I use these for making small fairy cakes instead of the rubbish paper case type, as I always seem to run out of cases when I go baking!
As the previous reviewer has said there is a small amount of sticking, but I wonder if you are allowing the cakes to cool enough before removing from the mould?
I allow the cakes to cool for half an hour and the cakes just pop out easily, it does leave a small amount of cake stuck to the side. This wipes off easily tho and is a very small amount, less than what you get in a paper case!
I do recommend these for moist cakes or muffins and they are small enough to easily fit in the dishwasher and your cupboard for storing.
Another excellent product from Lakeland.

“Disappointed
” by Joanna
Lakeland Silicone 12 Hole Mini Muffin Pan
I'm almost ashamed to say I'm a Lakeland addict and always have to buy something and sadly, gets excited at the mere view of a Lakeland sign.
I bought these and on the same day made cupcakes which tasted lovely, however their shape left something to be desired. Even though the muffin pan is non-stick, I still butter lightly the edges just in case, and after leaving them for around 15 mins to cool slightly, the cakes stuck to the tin and out of twelve, I think I had one that came out fine.
After spending £12 on a tin, I did not expect to be fighting to get my cupcakes out! I'll give it another couple of go's but I am really disappointed with this product. Hopefully it was just first time's luck and not being used to 'popping out' cakes.
A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review.I'm sorry that the muffin pan didn't meet with your expectations. I'll be in touch shortly to help.
