Lakeland Foldaway Silicone Steamer
I'm surprised to read negative reviews about this product as my experience, after using metal, wooden and electric steamers, has been very positive. This convenient product is fantastic for someone with very little surface or storage space to keep a traditional steamer. I've steamed a range of different veg in this over various pans with different lids and found the results to be quick - perfect for producing healthy, tasty veg to accompany dinner.

Lakeland Foldaway Silicone Steamer
I have used this at home now, for ages, just as a very good steamer. But I also like to cook when on holiday, and self catering places never have steamers, so I took this as part of my "Gite kit", as it is so easy to pack. I used it every day, not only to steam but also to strain boiled food eg pasta, to shake washed lettuce, and as a fruit bowl. Well done Lakelands!
