OXO Good Grips Salt Grinder
We love the way the ceramic mechanism on these mills is at the top, putting an end to salt and pepper spills on the table. They're comfortable to use, as we've come to expect from Good Grips, with an adjustable collar so you can select from fine to coarse grind, and they look smart, in brushed stainless steel and acrylic. They come ready-filled, and refilling couldn't be easier.

I bought this salt mill and the pepper mill together, as I needed to replace some battery operated ones that fell apart after only a short time (not bought from Lakeland). These Oxo 'Good Grips' mills are excellent, firstly because they are solidly built for the task and feel heavy enough to indicate that they will last a good time. The ability to change from fine to coarse grind is a real bonus, added to the fact that the condiment is dispensed from the top of the mill, so no mess on the tablecloth! All things considered - really great grinders.

“WORTH EVERY PENNY !!

WOW - thank goodness - at last we have found a salt grinder that actually "does what it say's on the tin". We also purchased the pepper grinder at the same time. We have been through many grinders in the past few years and they have all ended up in the bin. The very helpful assistant at the Lakeland store in Windermere let us try these out and our mind was made up immediately. They are not cheap, admittedly, but when I think how much we have spent over the years trying to get something that works, these are worth the price. They are also adjustable from fine to coarse grind.
