When it comes to baking muffins, cakes and tea breads you'd have to zest dozens of oranges to get the same tangy orange flavour that just a teaspoon of this highly concentrated extract imparts. We've had so many requests for Orange Extract that we couldn't possibly leave it out – try it and you'll see why.
Usage Guide
- ½ Teaspoon: Subtle Flavour
- 1 Teaspoon: Definite aroma
- 1 ½ Teaspoons: Strong Flavour

“Tasty addition to the larder

This may seem expensive, but you need such a small amount to make a big difference. Just a few drops in a chocolate cake mixture makes a lovely chocolate orange flavour. I add a few drops to cheesecakes, pancakes, or muffins. Delicious!

“fragrant, flavoursome, concentrated essence

This is a high quality product, not a basic or simple flat orange flavouring. It works very well in cakes, puddings and also to enhance certain savoury dishes (use sparingly)
To Lakeland - I wonder if this concentrated little bottle could have a dropper fitted to the top? I've ended up with as much down the sides as in my cooking!

“Great product, but need a dropper in the neck

As ever excellent quality (I have lemon, orange, vanilla etc) however as they are quite concentrated (esp orange) it would benefit from a dropper fitting in the neck of the bottle as it tends to drizzle back down the bottle when trying to add just a few drops. PLEASE CONSIDER!
