Salter Aquatronic Kitchen Scales
I bought these to replace my old scales which had given up on me. I use them every day (I cook and bake all the time, including bread) and they are great. I particulalry like the way that if you take the bowl/jug off (eg to pour a little out if you've added too much), the scales don't tare, rather they measure "negative" until the bowl is returned. That way you can pour some liquid out rather than having to try and awkwardly scoop the excess out.

Salter Aquatronic Kitchen Scales
I bought these to measure tiny amounts of ingredients as I only have a large mechanical scales. They are good quality, small and compact, reassuringly weighty & exactly what I wanted. Thanks Lakeland, great products as always.
