Our Buyers first heard of a new, pure silicone non-stick surface being developed by Teflon® almost a year ago, and knew straight away it was exactly the kind of innovation we thrive on. So we joined forces, and Lakeland is now very proud to introduce Bakingenius - a range of silicone-coated bakeware that gives new meaning to non-stick.
What do you get if you cross a raw egg straight from the fridge with a non-greased, just-out-of-the-oven baking sheet, and then just for good measure put them into a hot oven for 10 minutes? A cooking catastrophe; a dishwashing disaster?
We watched in horror as Veronica, one of our Buyers, did just that with the Bakingenius Baking Sheet. But then, as she tipped the tray up, gave the egg a bit of a nudge and we watched it slip off... well, let's just say our flabbers were well and truly gasted! Even more so when the tray came up good as new with just a quick run under the tap and a light rub with a washing-up brush.

Lakeland Bakingenius Large Square Roaster
Being the eternal sceptic and having tried just about every baking tray on the market, I decided I would give these a try but fully expected them to be the same as all the others. I was absolutely amazed by these wonderful trays. I bought the square roaster and two other products and will be back for more. These really do absolutely everything promised and then some. I am no longer dreading the clean up after Christmas lunch! If the star rating went above 5 these would get it.

I recently treated myself to quite a few Bakingenius items and...they DON'T STICK yipee! Yorkshire puds slip out with ease from their tin and cakes from the square cake tin don't need lining!
They are really good and easy to wash, so I'm 100% happy. I hope they continue to perform well over time.
The only down side of this square roaster is that it's too big to go into my oven completely flat, so check it will fit in your oven!

'does what it says on the tin' I have 3 trays from this range and they are fantastic, they really don't stick.
No more saoking and scraping for hours to get cooked on food off.
Well done on a fab product.
