Cheesy title I know, but this flan tin really is the best in town and other cliches. I've always used porcelain flan dishes and generally been a bit sceptical about metal ones following a nasty incident in 1993 (don't ask) but I bought this beauty in the Windermere store a couple of weeks ago and I'd already say it is a treasure. 1993 is forgotton! I think the heat distribution is excellent making the pastry so much crisper. Don't hesitate.
