My Kitchen Cook & Bake Mini Morsel Set
This is absolutely great when used with filo pastry - layer filo sheets with butter brushed in between, cut the pastry to size with scissors - bake blind and fill with crab, lime and coriander, smoked salmon and creme fraiche, strawberries and cream dusted with icing sugar - the list is endless!

My Kitchen Cook & Bake Mini Morsel Set
I purchased one several months ago for myself and some for gifts. After using mine i decided to buy some more. I found this brilliant, as i like to make mini pizzas and quiches which i usually make in a cake tin. This tray makes lovely party size ones and also great size for kids. Tray itself is very strong and tough and hopefully will last me for many years to come. Cant wait to try out different things. If you are cooking short crust or puff pastry you should cook empty first or will pastry will remain soggy, same as cooking in a pie dish, for pizza dough its fine. Its very easy to clean and I like the little dough presser, it takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it you can get the right shape .
