We're just 'bubbling' with excitement because Soda Stream is back and it's better than ever! But if you're thinking flared trousers and chopper bikes, you may be surprised to know that Soda Stream has been around for more than 100 years, and the first machine was a very grown-up sort of affair, being invented in 1903 by Guy Gilbey of the famous gin family.
For altogether more sophisticated fizz, we see this sleek, brushed stainless steel and matt black machine taking pride of place on home bars and in drinks cabinets, providing a plentiful supply of freshly made mixers. Includes one 1 litre carbonation bottle and a 60 litre gas cylinder.

“Great Product

Lakeland delivered quicker than stated, which is great also the price was the best I could find and it had the free bottle of concentrate. The Pure make superb sparking water and drinks. I would recommend it, especially as no more carting of 2L pop and water bottles and subsequent recycling. One small downside is that the spill tray is taped on for transit purposes, however when I removed the tape it left the glue behind and is a pain to clean off; otherwise its brilliant.

“Soda Stream

LOVE this item. Its simply brilliant. Its used daily in our home, and we dont buy the soda stream concentrates just ones in the supermarket, and I cannot fault this item. I find our cylinders last about 8 weeks, and replacement is cheap and easy thanks to lakelands returns policy and box that arrives with the new cylinder.
Its perfect with my home made elderflower cordial and the entire family cant imagine life without it now.
Nothing like in looks to the soda stream I had as a child, but its better in my opinion.

“Can't do without

I love sparkling water - and now I have it every day without the need to lug bottles around. This little item is so easy to use and so practical. An absolutely brilliant investment even for purists like me who have never bought the syrups to go with it!
