"Ravioli maker rubbish"
I have tried 4 times with different textures of pasta without success, no matter what filling is, it still gets stuck around the rollers. Lakeland, if there are some secrets to this, please publish on the review site, all I see is that you will be in touch with everyone!? why not post a few tips to assist people? I live in Spain and of course cannot return the machine to a store so I am stuck with it. Would love to know what the secrets are...

Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry that your ravioli is sticking to the rollers and will be in touch shortly. Handy Tips:The dough should be moist, not too dry: -Flour a work surface and the rollers of the pasta machine. Flatten out the chilled pasta dough into a rectangle. -Set the rollers to their widest setting. Roll the pasta through the rollers. -Narrow the rollers by changing the machine setting by one notch, then pass the rolled pasta through the rollers again. Dust the rolled pasta with flour. -Repeat the process until the pasta sheets are as thin as the recipe requires, or until they've been passed through the narrowest setting on the machine.
