Ravioli Attachment

I asked for your pasta maker with the ravioli attachemnt for Christmas. We have enjoyed pasta several times, and have just made raviloi for the first time. I really wish my sister had saved her money, what a load of rubbish. I really wish I had read more about this before asking for it. If I had the receipt I would be in the shop tomorrow asking for my money back as it is not fit for purpose.

I have been using the pasta machine with basic tagliatelle attachment for a while with great results. Today I decided to have a go with the ravioli attachment now that I felt sufficiently experienced with working with the pasta. There's not much in the way of instruction with this attachment and I resorted to the internet to try and find a helpful video.
Once I realised what to do it actually worked very smoothly, filling the pockets and turning out the ravioli below. However, I wasn't altogether happy with the results.
Firstly it didn't cut well through the pasta so was fiddly to remove cuttings and sometimes the filling leaked out. I'm aware that there are ideals in thickness and flouriness etc of the pasta sheet for cutting but this was not explained for the ravioli attachment and I didn't know how to improve the results.
The main issue I had overall was how little filling went in each pocket, I used hardly any of the spinach cheese filling I had made and resorted to serving it on the side of the pasta. They were nearly flat, not like in the picture, I made a very fine mixture, but again no instructions on how to get the best out of this product. I'm sure I can do better with this machine but I don't know where to start! Maybe Lakeland could do an instructional video?

I love the Lakeland pasta maker and bought this at the same time. The design of the machine means that the ravioli have hardly any filling, in fact so little, I'm not sure there's much point in it.
