I have tried many corers and always seen to end up cutting my fingers getting the core out. This is a brilliant product that I not only use for apples, but also pears and plums, so my children can eat their fruit without having to worry about pips and stones.
I have also converted my mum to this corer too!

Having read more 'unhappy' than 'happy' reviews about this corer....I just have to say that it is the most used gadget in my kitchen drawer. OK, so you have to put in bit of effort into using it, and maybe move it a bit and repeat the action to get all the core out on a larger apple, but all apples are difficult to core and I think this does the job really well. I wouldn't part with mine and would encourage customers to try it - and be happy doing so!
