I use this for filling cupcake's and muffins just like the other reviewer and it works a treat every time. I love it although I have never yet used it for Ice cream :)

I have had my Lakeland ice cream scoop for many years and it still works perfectly, ...I too use it to fill cupcake
cases. I also have the smaller one which I use to scoop out melons. I love all my Lakeland items that I have bought. Keep up the good work.

I find the quality of the scoop excellent quality, just the right size and it is very easy to use. I have used it hundreds of times since I bought it. I use it for filling muffin size cupcake wrappers (actually the pink spotty ones available in Lakeland). One scoop, levelled off with a knife gives perfect sized cupcakes every time!!!
