White Cake Sparkles

I bought these a while back to decorate cupcakes & marshmallow crispies (Nigella express recipe), but was very disappointed, these don't sparkle at all, in fact you can't notice them. I will try the edible hearts & stars instead when they come back in stock. I've been looking everywhere for edible glitter (nigella recipe) but have had no joy, perhaps there is a gap in the market & you could source some instead of this?

White Cake Sparkles

I got these a while back and only just got around to using them. Like the other reviewers I felt these weren't effective at all and had no sparkle. they actually made my cupcakes look a lot worse because the flakes are quite dull.

White Cake Sparkles

As others have said these are not very good i got them to decorate a birthday cake last week. You couldnt see them they just seem to melt into the icing shame.

Feedback from our buying team: we've found that if they are used as soon as the icing is made then they melt into the icing, if the you allow the icing to dry a little first then they'll sit more on the top and give a shimmer effect. They also work best on chocolate or brightly coloured icing.
