"Excellent flavour"
I use this flour as I use any bread flour, mixing in a mixer not a bread making machine and the results are excellent. Lovely flavour.

Went on line to order more of this bread mix - was very disappointed to see it out of stock, guessing that’s due to the current climate we are living in - it is the best bread Mix we have tried for our Panasonic bread machine - I reduce the amount of the mix I use by about 80grms ( I save the up rest until I can make another loaf) use 1 teaspoon of the yeast and about 300mls of warm water, bake on program 1 on a medium setting with a dark crust, perfect!!! - We find that it doesn't bloat you like some commercial breads do - hopefully not too long before we can reorder!!!
This mix makes excellent bread in my Panasonic breadmaker. Being low GI it means my husband who is a mild diabetic can enjoy it. I use 2/3rds the recipe to make a medium loaf and slightly more water than recommended. Just hope it will be back in stock soon as my supply is running low.
I used to buy Burgen Soy and Linseed Bread from the supermarket, this product if far superior to anything we have ever tasted. I had been using cold water, but then l realised that should be using warm water and you can deffinately tell the difference. I also bought the Lock and Lock bread bin which is fabulous at keeping my bread fresh, and also the Evenslice, I use the back slot on thin slice, perfect!! this bread cuts better with a Meat knife rather than a Bread Knife. Just waiting for the Bread Mix to come back in stock, which will hopefully be before I run out completely, fingers crossed.
I've been making bread for a good many years and I can honestly say this is the best I've ever made. I followed the instructions on the packet exactly, it was easy and the results fantastic. Are there any superlatives I haven't used? The only danger is that I'm going to eat too much bread from now on.
