Bought these a while ago - they are flimsy the move about and catch alight also they are aesthetically horrid. Took them off to trim the burnt patch and wipe the hob because food and liquid gets between the squares put them to one side but have not been able to bring myself to put them back on as I'm so disappointed. Agree they need further development and perhaps black would be better - I have a dark hob. Certainly not up to Lakeland's usual standard.
A note from the team
Thanks for placing your review. It's best to cut the hole a little bigger in diameter than your hob to ensure it doesn't come into contact with the flames. It may be helpful to use one of our fine tip freezer markers (reference 2844) to mark out where you need to cut before cutting.
