We've had so much demand for the return of bread improvers, we couldn't possibly leave them out of our catalogue! A couple of teaspoons is all that's needed to magically transform home-baked bread.
If you've been turning out wholegrain loaves that are as heavy as a brick, Dough Improver is the answer! It gives a lighter loaf with a better texture, and makes bread more consistent with fewer air pockets. Transforms wholewheat and rye mixes, or recipes that call for heavy ingredients like fruit or cheese.
Suitable for use in a machine or when baking by hand.
