"Great for two"

I wanted a dish to make lasagne for the two of us. Yesterday was the inaugural trip for this dish. It was the best lasagne I have made for two, using some bolognese sauce made earlier and frozen. It is deep so keeps everything in layers, even when serving. I will be looking for some lasagne pasta which isn't as long as the one I have, as I did have to break a strip off the pieces for the bottom to make it fit. I'm going to get a second to batch cook as they will go side by side in the oven. I'll be trying Toad in the Hole next as it will cope with high temperatures.
