for the recipe Margaret - the frittatas were a great success on Christmas Eve, so I made more on Christmas morning to serve with croissants and Buck's Fizz - the tin is excellent.

“Great quality but not the right size for mini cupcakes

The quality of these pans is fantastic and I have no problems recommending these on that basis. However, they are not suitable for making mini cupcakes/muffins as the size of the moulds do not hold a mini cupcake case properly. This is more suited for making petit fours or tarts and I am still giving 5 stars as I'm sure they would be great for that.

My Kitchen Cook & Bake Mini Muffin Pan
I bought one of these mini muffin trays recently and used it to make mini caramel tarts for a buffet.They popped out of the tin like a dream and went down so well that I ordered three more trays so that I can make lots more.
I highly recommend this quality product.
