“Nice size

This is a great little potato ricer. I already have a very large Catering size Stainless Ricer but it is just too large and cumbersome for two or three people. Yes I agree the potato will tend to get under the plate but it really does not matter as it is still nicely mashed. It has been great for me to handle as I have arthritis in my hands and it is not so cumbersome as the larger industrial type.

“Great product, great price

When my husband went on a cookery course with a well known italian chef, he recomended this for making gnocchi and it's brilliant using Desiree potatoes. Of course it works for lots of other things too.
