The last word in easy cooking” by Mrs Maureen Arnfield
We purchased our Remoska must be 7 years ago if not longer. We think its the last word in ease of use, quick to cook in and very economical. We have used it in our caravan and at home and take it with us when we go house sitting, we have had 3 of our friends buy one after borrowing ours as they couldn't believe how good we said it was. We tell everyone about it. More than happy with it.

I love my Remoska and I love this book. We have enjoyed every single recipe I've tried - favourites being Chicken with noodles and coconut, Sausage Moussaka, Aubergine, tomato and feta bake. Turkey loaf is great too, and versatile. I adapt this according to ingredients to hand, and do a Christmas version. Do have a look and be inspired.
I visit an elderly lady who is also a Remoska fan and has this book. We look forward to chatting about what we've tried and what we've liked. She makes the scones and Almond Cake does more baking than I do. I've tried the results. Delish.
I hope there will be another book one day, too.
A great addition to the Remoska” by Ms Howard
I already have the hard back "Cooking with the Remoska" so I was unsure whether to buy a further recipe book. I just felt that I needed some inspiration and I was well rewarded with this book. It feels strongly made with quality shiny pages that could be wiped with a damp cloth if you had a spillage. The strong spine allows you to flatten the book to the page you are using which is good. There is the colour coded content at the front and this is repeated with the index at the back. It is separated into easily found food sections. If I have a slight gripe it is that the book is almost 12 inches tall which is just a touch too high for my cookery book shelf. The recipes are innovative and different from the previous book and are right up there for day to day cooking choices as opposed to the fancyful realms of specialities. If you have the Remoska then bring it to life with this excellent book.
